Every order ships overnight in an insulated cooler with food-grade dry ice. We ship Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays only — to avoid any weekend-in-a-warehouse situation. Boxes arrive cold to the touch. Once it lands, into the freezer immediately. Track-and-confirm-delivery is included.
Sealed and frozen at 0°F or below: 12 months from production date (printed on every pack). Once opened, we recommend using within 60 days for best nutritional retention. The flat-pack format means you snap off a portion, refreeze the rest, no thaw-refreeze cycles.
